PENNANTS

The club enters men's, ladies' and mixed teams in summer and winter Pennants (Tennis West League). There are evening and weekend competitions, some doubles-only and some singles and doubles, including the shorter Fast4 format. Our teams range from Division 1 to lower, more social, divisions so you don't have to be an advanced level player to enjoy some friendly competition and post-match cameraderie.

Teams of three to six players usually play on a rotation basis with one or two additional players to provide cover over the season. Whilst the number of teams is fixed once the season starts, injuries, holidays and work commitments mean that we can often find games for additional players who are interested in trying out these formats and testing their skills against other clubs.

The summer season runs from October to March with a long break over the summer holidays. The winter season starts in May and runs through to August, with a break over the July school holidays.

If you'd like to participate or have any questions, please contact our Competitive Captain, Ian Singleton.
